We assisted in the design of the new 3D printer "G-ZERO L1" from Gutenberg, the Japanese industrial 3D printer manufacturer known for ultra-fast and high-precision printing.The G-ZERO L1 keeps the high-speed and high-precision 3D printing achieved with the previous model, G-ZERO, while doubling the build area in the L1 model. It introduces new possibilities for manufacturing industries by enabling 3D printing engineering plastics such as "POTICON FILAMENT," jointly developed with Otsuka Chemical. We crafted a clean and approachable design that resembles office furniture, ensuring it would blend seamlessly into a CAD/CAM room. Additionally, since this is an unprecedented printer capable of printing engineering plastics developed jointly with our partner, Otsuka Chemical, we aimed for a clean and trustworthy design that evokes the image of chemical labs.
